Shipping

WESPARTS committed to dispatch your products within 1-3 business days upon receipt of your payment. An email will be sent if an email address is registered properly. There might be reason the shipping is delayed because:

  • You have made the payment, but PayPal or bank need a few days to clear the payment.
  • Some of the holidays the delivery service is not available.

Undeliverable Packages

Sometimes packages are returned to us as "undeliverable package". When the freight company return the package, we will contact you accordingly.

There are several reasons the package is undeliverable:

The address is incorrect/incomplete: Please carefully check the address before you submit. Should this occurs, an re-delivery fee will apply.

Failed delivery attempts: freight company will return the package after several delivery attempts.

We only accept pickups for some products and with pre-arrangement. Please contact us via email or phone.
